Staff was very friendly and helpful, happy to do business here.
New drive through is horrible and totally impersonal. It is almost impossible to use for someone that is partially handicapped. The lane itself is far too narrow. On exit both my wheels were damaged from contact with the right side curb, and I don't have a wide vehicle. This will cost me hundreds to repair. After over 30 years banking here, I'm seriously considering changing banks.
Without a doubt the worst financial institution I’ve worked with. Closed out accounts without communication, terrible teller who deflected to customer service as she had zero answers for any of the poor business practices. Avoid like the plague and let a more secure institution handle your banking needs

We were looking for a local bank to start a relationship and open an account. So I stopped by Collinsville Savings Bank, which was the name before they changed to Northwest Community Bank, which I do like better. The building on the Albany Turnpike is beautiful. I must admit, but it was a lot of the reason why I went there because if the building is nice, it’s gotta be nice inside as well as the service and I was correct!! I’ll tell you I was very impressed.
