Had a mortgage here, made accelerated payment and CONSTANTLY had to babysit the payments to make sure funds went to the appropriate account. My relationship with Kevin started great I thought, but by the end he no longer returns my emails asking for simple things like account statements or questions about escrow. For our final payment they took the rest of our escrow money and added to the payoff amount, maybe thats industry standard but they didn't tell me and was expecting that money back.
