Can't comment on their actual service as did not get the opportunity. Looking for conveyancing for house sale in Watford so emailed for quote as per their website. Did not get response so phoned them to be told they do not monitor their email address ? Was asked to email a specific individual, did so, then got a response that they can't help with no explanation as to why ie too busy, don't do conveyancing any more etc? Waste of my effort and they could certainly do with some customer service training and updating their websi... read more

Very friendly and helpful
My father and myself found all at Collins very helpful in the selling of my fathers property and his purchase of a new property, they all went above and beyond to help us especially Tara who was on hand to explain every step of the way, we would recommend them to anyone, we have also done our Wills with them which was done with ease, thank you and keep up the good work.
