I had an issue with Chase and my bank account being on hold with funds left inside. Mr. Collins constantly bent his back to resolve the issue and make sure I received the funds back. Awesome guy! Highly recommend him to anyone.
Due to a legal matter that I could not resolve due from a medical disability, this law placed a freeze on my bank account which prevented me from being able to purchase my medicine and live healthly life. Keep in mind I'm on a fixed income and am disabled. After supplying my disabilty paperwork from my doctor, I was assured by Jonh that he would dismiss my case due to this but they are very unfair and missleading when it comes to removing the hold and communications with my bank.
