I’m not sure what’s happened. I spoke with Mr Collins several months ago, and my wife and I went to his office and paid for his services. I read of how great they are about communicating, but after approaching 3 months, I HAVE HEARD NOTHING. I hope nothing has happened medically or anything but I’ve called and left messages, I’ve emailed his staff, to no avail. Does any one know? Is the time frame of hearing nothing the norm?
