The worst professional manner in the phone call I have even had in my entire life of legal enquiry. The receptionist or whoever took my call, first uttered the greeting as such, the guy: "Hi'. me: "do you do this and that?" the guy: "no" then he hung the phone call. Is this a legal firm or just a fastfood takeaway shop where staffs get so busy so just hand up the phone calll after they speak what they need to say?
Mr Collins has greatly helped me with my 91 year old Pop helping with getting his affairs in order in an extremely professional and caring manner.
