I remember working with this guy like it was yesterday. I was a juvenile, totally innocent— and ended up processed through the system, in programs for a year and a half, and had to pay restitution for someone else’s crimes. Seemed like dude was more on the state’s side than mine. I was persecuted for having the wrong friends.. although I was -not- included in any crime. We’re talking 17 years ago.
