We sent an inquiry via website email for a call back. No call back. We then decided to call the office and talk to someone and had a lovely time talking to a rude staff member, mentioning the secretary was not there to relay the message and had to leave ANOTHER message for a call back. Waited several weeks, no call back. I guess this company doesn't need the business or just has terrible customer service? Don't waste your time with this business. We will be going with another attorney office that actually returns calls.
