The employees at CCCU in West Des Moines are very helpful and are a pleasure to work with. I live in Grimes and find it very inconvenient to have drive to West Des Moines to manage my account if I need to visit the branch in person. Does the credit union have any plans to open a branch in other location in Metro Des Moines?
The staff at Collins Community Credit Union in West Des Moines are extremely kind, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Shea helped me on Friday with several transactions and he made sure each one was completed correctly and thoroughly. Emily, the manager, at this location is always available for my questions and is always ready to assist her staff as needed too. Thanks all.
