They called me about a fraud, I told them it was a fraud then they let it post to my account anyway, and now its 7 - 10 business days..... this is unacceptable
Ana Fernández was just amazing. I felt she took a lot of time with me and helped me immensely with things that I did not understand. Customer service is outstanding.
Had an auto loan for my mom, and got charged over $400 in JUST FEES for the past several months when we were paying off the auto loan for my mom and they seemed like they would not help remedy it even though we had PROOF that we did not pay late and we had proof that we DID have “enough funds” and also proof we even OVERPAID the monthly minimums to pay the auto off quickly. But they used our overpayment to pay “fees” instead of paying the principal down. So each month we had thought we had paid off the loan, they kept coming... read more
