Used to LOVE banking with collins CU, but the service level just keeps going down further & further. Sad.

First off for some reason I can't figure out I was not able to access this site originally when I wanted to pass on my comments about Mr Irvin at the North Liberty branch office. Now I'm in, no problem. I stopped in the North Liberty Branch on the 31st to get a cashier's check which Mr Mark Irvin handled for me. In the process of doing that he noted that we had some CD's coming due. I said we had them set up to renew automatically so nothing to bother with.
