Been using Collins CU for a long time. Jason and everyone working at the North Liberty branch do such a great job. Always pleasant and kind.
Sydney Coloff is the one that I worked with did a great job don’t lose her. Everyone was very good
9 days and they still haven't processed a local deposit that we were going to use to buy a washer and dryer. They have now collected several hundred dollars in overdraft fees, and we cannot afford both anymore. They also installed a new ATM, then promptly stopped letting you access the money under a certain amount, until the bank PHYSICALLY collects the checks that the machine already took a picture off.
