Easily the best bookstore! Very welcoming and very quick to help you with things that you need. If something isn't on the shelf, they make it very easy to order with them and they're very honest and upfront about costs and times. I enjoy going into this store whenever I have a chance to because of how friendly and welcoming the staff are! Love a good book and love popping into Collins to get it!
Collins Sunbury is a community hub where everyone no matter their taste, are catered to and given the best customer service one can provide. Everyone is greeted by knowledgeable and welcoming staff who go out of their way to help you find your hearts desire! They are prompt and communicative with orders and have great insight on other books you could enjoy! Absolutely a pleasure to be a customer!
I had ordered some books as a Xmas gift ( before Xmas of course) with full payment. And I received them by the end of January. When I had to call the store the 5th time to check on my order, Michelle ( store owner)said NOT TO CALL HER AGAIN and HAD TO WAIT until it arrived. And the reason was she didn't pay for the book company yet (which she had 6 weeks to pay) Advice for the others is NEVER EVER PAID ANY DOLLAR UNTIL YOU RECEIVED YOUR BOOKS. OR order directly ONLINE, NOT from this store.

Beautiful organised store with warm friendly and caring staff. Charlie gave excellent service and even gift wrapped my book. Highly recommend this store in Sunbury!!!!
