I've had no issues when purchasing books from this store as the staff are well informative and helpful when I have any questions. Preorders are simple enough and they're quick to ring you to let you know when your preorder has come in. Some may find their prices on the expensive side but I think it's worth it when I've been able to come across authors' works that I've really enjoyed reading and gotten more of.
