They filed my tax wrong and when I called in, they blamed it on me and yelled at me
I did the tax service here a few times. But this year is totally a mess. Everytime I needed to updated something on my file, they charged more money. This year Canada has new rental tax, but they have no idea about it and didn’t even mentioned to me while I filed my taxes. Now I knew it from other people, came back and asked them for it, they charged more money. Both me and my dad have been with Jim for the past 4.5 years. They were very helpful and the price is relatively reasonable.
Avoid this practice at all costs. Jim, who I believe is the owner, is rude and arrogant. I do NOT recommend this accounting service to anybody.
