Best RMT in Collingwood.
I had high hopes after using the online booking system, which was fantastic and incredibly easy to use. However, I was disappointed to find that changes or cancellations couldn't be made online. When a family emergency arose, I notified Nicole Bruce over a week in advance, requesting a change or cancellation of my appointment. Unfortunately, after numerous emails and phone messages, I received no response. As a first-time client, the lack of communication and customer support was truly disheartening.
