When I met Mr. Collin for the initial consultation he took the time to LISTEN to my concerns and explained how motions and hearings work in the legal world. I realized that I was blatantly misrepresented by my previous attorney when she filed an emergency motion to suspend parenting time for child endangerment (since my 13 year old witnessed his father drinking "while" driving) but never got a hearing date.
