Dr Braithwaite is an amazing surgeon. His bedside manner is impeccable. He listens to his patients and treats them with the utmost respect. I hold him in the highest esteem that is why I am returning to him for my gastric needs. His staff/team that coordinate his procedures at the office level make him look bad. Excellent doctor serves community and the paitents well.
Dr Braithwaite is an amazing doctor! With that said, I clearly have an issue. I had a gastric sleeve surgery about 8 years ago. I was recently told that the records of my medical journey and surgery have been destroyed after 7 years. I’m having complications and must now start this journey over again with no help or information from Dr Braithwaite’s office. Don’t let the rhetoric fool you, they will be with you on your “journey” as long as you keep paying them. Very disappointing.
