I’m a new Texas resident and came yesterday to get a Texas vehicle title and license plates. The service was OUTSTSNDING! I was called to a workstation almost immediately and the young lady completing my paperwork was very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. I had arrived about 20 minutes before my appointment and they were so quick that I was back in my car and heading home BEFORE the actual appointment time! Congratulations on making a tedious process feel easy! Proof that government can be efficiently run!!!
