We have shopped here multiple times. They have great items and we have purchased multiple times. Always easy to deal with and very helpful
I visited the store on Sept 30. Saw a unique, handmade lamp which I loved … being a visitor, i asked if they ship. Yes, absolutely. I ordered the lamp and paid in full. I was told it would ship direct from the manufacturer. 7-10 days. Exactly one month (30 days) later, still no lamp!!! I called store, not sure who I reached, as the recording was a verizon recording stating “leave a message”. Did not receive a call back fir a couple days. Called again, left another message. Nothing.
