Always My Favorite Orlando Furniture Store Great quality furniture, made right and priced right! I love these guys, I've been working with the owner for 20 years and they are nothing but professional and easy to work with. Good value and offer great customization option to just about everything they carry. Collier's Furniture Expo, though, is an Orlando furniture store, not located in Sanford as the listing suggests. Great store. A+!
Great Experience Start to Finish! What a pleasant experience working with the Collier family. My wife and I ordered a leather reclining sectional and a Tempurpedic mattress that just recently got delivered. I can't express how beautiful and comfortable the furniture is, and how painless the buying process was. I will absolutely be back to buy more from the Colliers.
AWEFUL! Very disappointed!!! They brought us back and showed us a leather set in their back stockroom which had very low/little lighting. They made a deal with us to pay cash for it upon which we agreed. They said they will clean it up and bring it out for pick up the next day for us to further inspect since there wasn't very good lighting in the stockroom. Upon showing up the next day they told us that they sold it!!! They offered to order a new set for us for $1100 more than our original deal!?!! Unbelievable, will never r... read more
Update: I heard from this company and they were very distressed to hear about my problems with no communication for a month--it turns out they had a power failure in their area that knocked out their computer systems and caused them to crash. I can only believe them because they were so upset by what I had gone through. They immediately set up to arrange for me to have new replacement cushions at no cost and even told me to keep the old ones (which I didn't need but was a nice gesture, so we accepted). Friends, Family, and online consumers, I know I shared with many of you how excited I was to find the exact furniture I was looking for at Leather Furniture Expo in Florida, but, sadly, I need to withdraw my praise and recommendation for the company and the furniture. Our attempts to get help from them have failed, even though we have a warranty and the issue was discovered less than a month from delivery.
