Steve is awesome. During the home purchasing process, you feel like you have to do so much (find the right home, complete an inspection, receive your loan approval and close on the house). Meeting Steve during our home inspection took a heavy weight off of us. Steve was very informative. If we asked a question about something he made sure to answer it on the spot. We didnt have to wait until the end of the inspection. I would most certainly refer to Steve to any of my friends and family purchasing in the area.

Steve has done 3 inspections for me inside of 3 weeks on 3 different houses. He is extremely professional and thorough. I would recommend him for any house inspection. On each house he was on time and walk me through as he was doing the inspection. Steve also was able to do within 24 hrs for us.
