Steve has inspected 2 homes for me. Both of which was excellent. Answered all questions, explained the workings of the home of all items etc etc. Pointed out problem areas and explained the fix. Extremely thourough and professional. I couldnt be happier. Thankyou Sir. I highly reccomend

We are in the process of buying our first house and one of the requirements of course is a thorough home inspection. Steve was recommended to us by our real estate agent, who had nothing but great things to say about him. We were scheduled yesterday at 12:30 for the inspection to start and he was early and already on the roof when we pulled up at 12:15. I found Steve through my real estate agent. He did our home inspection for our first home. He was thorough, open to any questions I had during and after the inspection. The report was done within 24 hours (I think that night if memory serves correct). He was easily approachable and always answered my emails As soon as I sent them. Would definitely recommend and use him again.
