We had to start at the beginning to get license, tags and registrations. Amy went above and beyond to help us. She was super nice and very knowledgeable. She was the BEST!!!
The staff was very kind and helpful in educating and guiding me through my very complicated situation.
Have been using this office since 1997. Everyone’s always so pleasant, patient and helpful. I have noticed that staff maintains a positive attitude even when some angry old person gets rude because their paperwork isn’t what it should be. Not the staff’s fault. I appreciate their great customer service.
This "DMV" or whatever they call themselves is an absolute joke. The employees are rude and inconsiderate, especially that woman named Dale. If you have the unfortunate experience of having to deal with her... DON'T! RUN! Dale is a piece of work. Wait to see someone else or better yet go to another DMV. Dale will do anything but her job. I will warn you she gets aggressive, so watch out for any insults coming your way. Went to the Naples DMV and they took care of me using the SAME paperwork!!!
