Compared to DMVs up north this was a great experience. Take a number based on what you are having done, and there had to be 20 people working the counters. The lady passing g out numbers knew enough to answer questions and they worked a little past closing time to complete our license renewal.
The staff is great. Went there to transfer ownership of my out-of-state vehicle and it was a bliss. The lady was patient and helped me thru everything despite the fact that I went there 30m before closing. Thank you!
The entire staff was amazing. I talked to Mark specifically and he made my day with how helpful and down to earth he was.
Wow what nice service. My dealer had a paperwork issue with registering my car. Lori walked me through everything. Having been to other DMV offices and faced nightmares, this was a breath of fresh air. Very impressive.
