What a pleasant experience! I have never visited a tax collector’s office with staff as friendly as this place! I was immediately greeted by the receptionist who had Halloween decorations out. I was very promptly taken care of and on my way. Best experience with a tax collector’s office I’ve ever had!!
This office is extremely well run. The purpose of my visit was to renew 2 vehicle registrations. The interaction with the employee assisting me could not have been more favorable. She was extremely competent, pleasant and could not have been more customer oriented. I was in and out in a few minutes and could not have been more pleased with the experience. All in all, this was, in my experience, as good as it gets.
The most efficient and caring experience I’ve ever had at the DMV. Maria is the best!
Although my transaction here involved quite a bit of time, I understood and expected it, because of the complexities of my situation. That said, the clerks involved were courteous, efficient, informed, and professional. I actually enjoyed my afternoon here, thanks to the employees.
It is not widley known so often times there is no wait.
