This office is extremely well run. The purpose of my visit was to renew 2 vehicle registrations. The interaction with the employee assisting me could not have been more favorable. She was extremely competent, pleasant and could not have been more customer oriented. I was in and out in a few minutes and could not have been more pleased with the experience. All in all, this was, in my experience, as good as it gets.

Although my transaction here involved quite a bit of time, I understood and expected it, because of the complexities of my situation. That said, the clerks involved were courteous, efficient, informed, and professional. I actually enjoyed my afternoon here, thanks to the employees.

I am sure the agents that work here are only trying to do their job. But honestly I think that the office of the tax collector could reassess their procedures and policies. With the state’s assistance they should ensure their office is consistent with disseminating the SAME information to all residents.
