Jannina at the front desk was very rude. The other woman at the front desk and the woman at the counter were very polite, professional, and prompt.
I have literal nightmares about having to visit this branch. The staff is inadequate at performing their duties and you suffer for it. Go to another branch, hopefully that helps.
Been going here for years for my license plates, beach parking stickers, and other business. They are super busy but everyone I've encountered there have been friendly, helpful, efficient, and organized.
Don’t know their own state laws and are very rude.
Walked in on a Wednesday afternoon and was told it was gonna be a 75 minute wait and to come back near closing time at six. Came back on Friday at 5:30 and got turned away because they had too many people. As rich as this county, as you think, they would hire more people in order to keep up with the influx of people they advertise to move down here.
