One of the stupidest places I've been to people have no idea what they are doing trying to transfer a title to a different person and the lady wrote on my title and stamped it and said I need a new title now when they wrote on it never had so many issues with transferring a title it should be in and out now it's going to cost me money out my pocket for their mistake don't go to this one
I came in to get a new plate and get my truck registered, after waiting 45mins I got called and was taken by a women who was clearly upset and looked mad and was not friendly whats so ever, then I gave her my tittle and insurance and my Id and then she accused my date sold being 1-29-26 when it was 1-24-26 and she was not nice whats so ever about it and after telling her she just got more furious and wrote on my bill of sale and stamped it and voided my bill of sale and made it very difficult requiring me ti get another copy... read more

After waiting an hour the clerk was extremely rude and argumentative refusing to change my license to my new married last name, ONE of my husband’s last names (my legal name on my social). YOU DO NOT HAVE TO TAKE BOTH OF YOUR HISPANIC HUSBAND’S LAST NAMES. Go to airport road and save yourself time and the horrible attitude.
