Almost always late; most drivers don't care that passengers may have connecting buses to make. This company is wasting federal resources. Most of the drivers barely speak English, and usually if they do, they do NOT understand or pretend not to. There is no reason for a bus to be sitting at cat ops for over 15 minutes, be 15 minutes late. Excessively rude, aggressive new driver #12. This entity is negligently managed and needs a complete overhaul
NEVER on time!! 😠 There are people that need to be ON TIME at their medical appointments, school, at their jobs. Those drivers just don't care. They're looking theirs phones and talking but always depart late from the bus station. TERRIBLE service!
