There’s a gentleman that is behind the customer service desk. (Didn’t have the pleasure of getting his name.) He approached my fiancé who, because we were waiting on our bus to go home, had went over to Walmart real quick to grab some milk. This CAT worker approached him as he was getting ready to enter the terminal and accused him of stealing the items from Walmart. This isn’t the first time that we get profiled wrongly and it’s not the only place that this happens.

I get the impression that the management of CAT really doesn't care how the drivers drive or what they do. They have tracking that tells them where each bus is, whether it's hitting its ADA time points, how early or late it's running, etc. I, unfortunately, have to ride the bus pretty often, so I see the good and the bad. Most of the drivers are pretty friendly and considerate; enough of them aren't that it's aggravating.
