WE SHOULDN'T HAVE TO PAY YOU WHEN YOU ARE NOT RELIABLE!!!! I HAVE DIALYSIS 3 TIMES A WEEK. The company cant schedule pick up times correctly. They've "forgotten" to pick me up multiple times. Very unreliable for pick up/ drop off times. ITS NOT THAT HARD TO SCHEDULE AND PICK UP ON TIME!!!!!SO UNBELIEVABLE UPSETTING. DO BETTER FOR THE PEOPLE YOU KNOW HAVE APPOINTMENTS.
