We first decided to shop locally in Bunbury , unfortunately the local trade was not up to standard . So we decided to give Collie a go . Shopping at Collie Betta was a pleasure , every request we made was followed with a positive yes can do . Next time we require good service we will go straight to Betta Collie .
Service was disgusting, we thought we’d shop local and have a look at some fishing stuff and other items for sale, only to be followed around, spoken about and made to feel uncomfortable and we had done something wrong, very stand offish and we will not shop here again, left this shop feeling very uncomfortable and confused.
Not a happy shopper, that fan I returned had been returned to the store before the box was also torn the box had been retaped all the screws were loose in the box ect, one of the screws was located in the motor of the fan. And I'm told that's how it cam from the Factory. No wonder Collie people Shop down the Hill, this is not good enough I'm Sorry Customers need to be treated with respect and not told porkies !
Would highly recommend!! Purchased a new TV today and the service was outstanding.. We needed the TV delivered on the same day as the old TV packed it in.. Malcolm said not an issue and it was delivered that day just after 1pm on a Saturday.. thanks heaps guys!!
