Theatre was OK... Hated that there was only one way in or out. Service was HORRIBLE! Our waiter, Cameron was not on point... At all. Took an hour to gett a drink that we paid 10 bucks for... Each... That tasted like limeade. Never coming back!
We enjoy the convenience of going to this theatre versus driving to Southlake because we're near CHHS. But Southlake Harkins is always a better experience. The movies here are good, i.e., sound quality, and picture. But I've never had such terrible food, EVER. The popcorn is literally always cold. No matter what, even when you ask them to bring you fresh, warm popcorn, they act surprised and then bring back another batch of cold popcorn. Hamburgers are even worse. I really like this place. Comfortable and cozy seating. Food is great. I have read other reviews about bad service but I have never experienced any of poor service. Overall, I would go back again and again!!!!
There has been a change in management of the studio grill. I used to say I would never return to the studio grill. I took another chance and the changes are great. I will now return to the studio grill.
