Absolutely can’t recommend Collene enough! She’s the warmest, most down to earth real estate agent you’re going to find. The process of finding a home can be so daunting and Collene makes it a breeze. When we first started looking, Collene met with us to chat about what was most important to us in a place. She brought up aspects we hadn’t even considered. She sent us places that perfectly fit the vibe we wanted and we really felt heard. She’s just the best and you’ll be so happy she’s the agent you went with!

Collene just helped me close on my very first house! She was informative, super responsive, and even helped me move in!!! As a first time home buyer I had no idea what all the different facets of an offer were, or how to think about negotiating with a seller. She took care of everything and my very first offer was accepted! :)
