I lived at CV for a year and a half, and initially, my experience was positive. The community has security personnel who are friendly to residents, giving an impression of safety. However, the security personnel rarely conduct thorough checks on incoming vehicles or register unfamiliar individuals, making it relatively easy for someone with ill intentions to enter the community. Collegiate Village has been a good, safe place for my son to live. The communication between management and us is very good. My son will continue to reside there while he is in medical school.

so blessed to get to live in such an amazing community!! the management really cares about its residents and they have so many fun events with so many giveaways and prizes and games!! the apartments themselves are worth the price and maintenance is always a call away and quick (although i try my best to not require them; other than laundry i never really needed to), the only thing is that there is a fee for lockouts and the doors lock automatically but honestly this is not an issue as long as i am conscious before leaving th... read more

Great place for off campus housing. Two bedroom apartments are spacious. with they would have the wash machine and dryer separate instead of a stack. They organize events for the students. a very quiet place and it's located very central to the colleges and grocery stores.
