Extremely disappointing. I had two separate leases with the collegiate village spanning two years. In that time span, they neglected to fix the front resident gate for over half a year. This is all while they have repaired other things, redid the parking lot, and held numerous events for the residents. I have repeatedly asked for some kind of compensation due to the broken gate, and they repeatedly denied it. The cost of rent does not match the quality of care of the premises. It's terrible! You're completely unsafe living here! Your apartment is entered daily while you're away. Every time I come home, I find things moved or the AC temperature adjusted. One time, it was even set to 69 degrees! I was freezing! They even allow people who've already moved out to come back and take things, even though they don't know if they belonged to them! It's so unsafe! And my protest emails have gone unanswered. They have absolutely no regard for the residents' property or safety.

05/15/2025 Update: I moved out in early November 2024 and left my unit in the hands of the apartment office, thinking they’d actually try to help me sublet. Fast forward almost six months — guess who’s still paying full rent every single month? Yep, me. At this point, it honestly feels like they’ve done the absolute bare minimum — if anything at all. Not even worth rating a single star for this place the worst place I've ever been. They charge you 920+$ for a 2 bed apartment which does not even provide a stable Wifi network whenever complained they say contact the provider we cannot do anything. More than 100 people have complained for the same issue and no action taken. so blessed to get to live in such an amazing community!! the management really cares about its residents and they have so many fun events with so many giveaways and prizes and games!! the apartments themselves are worth the price and maintenance is always a call away and quick (although i try my best to not require them; other than laundry i never really needed to), the only thing is that there is a fee for lockouts and the doors lock automatically but honestly this is not an issue as long as i am conscious before leaving th... read more
