afternoon shuttle's been late since fall but we barely complained because the weather wasn't as extreme as it is right now. temperature drops to -18 celsius degrees at night recently and the driver ALWAYS keeps us waiting in the severe weather for nearly an hour. collegiate, you guys are aware that people could die because of this right? please. either hire more drivers or adjust the schedule. if the driver thinks she cannot make it on time or that she needs a break, PUSH THE SCHEDULE BACK. i'd rather get to the bus stop at ... read more

The shuttle service is one of the most frustrating aspects of living at Collegiate Village. The schedule that is advertised does not seem to match reality, and delays are frequently reported by residents. This ongoing issue causes inconvenience and wasted time. Management should address this instead of continuing to publish unreliable schedules. We reported the issue multiple times but nothing has been done to solve the problem.

Absolutely the worst shuttle system imaginable! The afternoon shift is a complete DISASTER, especially in freezing weather, when you’re already exhausted after classes and a full day. If you value your time at all, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPLEX AT ALL!! Mornings have a somewhat punctual driver, but the afternoon driver consistently fails to show up at the times officially posted. It's terrible! You're completely unsafe living here! Your apartment is entered daily while you're away. Every time I come home, I find things moved or the AC temperature adjusted. One time, it was even set to 69 degrees! I was freezing! They even allow people who've already moved out to come back and take things, even though they don't know if they belonged to them! It's so unsafe! And my protest emails have gone unanswered. They have absolutely no regard for the residents' property or safety.

so blessed to get to live in such an amazing community!! the management really cares about its residents and they have so many fun events with so many giveaways and prizes and games!! the apartments themselves are worth the price and maintenance is always a call away and quick (although i try my best to not require them; other than laundry i never really needed to), the only thing is that there is a fee for lockouts and the doors lock automatically but honestly this is not an issue as long as i am conscious before leaving th... read more
