I ordered uniform supplies 3 weeks ago, on 8/21/2021, and got an automated email message saying the order would ship within 3-4 weeks (even though I specified I would pick up the order from the Medford storefront). It is noteworthy that this business doesn’t answer the phone they advertise as their primary contact number. 3 weeks later, on 9/11/2021, there was no update on the order.
