Management is all over the place all the time, training is a rush through then you are tested hands on. Communication is not always good and expectations constantly shift without clear direction or support. No matter how well or positive efforts you do, you are never acknowledged but coached critique negatively! No team spirit, very clickish! Poor communication and favoritism define this company. Training is inconsistent, feedback is vague, and management takes things personally instead of helping you improve. HR lacks transparency and fairness. My experience left me feeling targeted and unsupported. You have to wait 6 month to receive pto.

Management sucks. The job is a very good job, management just sucks. Devin and Angie have poor communication skills.
