Today I experienced the worst customer service I have experienced in the 47 years of having a bank account. anywhere! It was a ridiculous drama show. I was appalled and the unbelievably and unacceptable rudeness and behavior was shocking being that it was coming from “the boss” as she told everyone including other patrons and members and staff. I will not be banking there. And I recommend to others to think twice before they do.
