If you need Workmen’s Comp. help do not use Scott and White !!!!! I did get a quick appointment however when I came in, I was in pain and the doctor refused to give me anything to help me. Also, whenever they order the MRI, it was going to be 2 months before I had an appointment. And when I called back a week later because I was in so much pain and the over-the-counter medicine that he told me to take wasn’t working, Dr. Porter refused to even talk to me on the phone to prescribe me something That would help. My husband has been trying to get an appointment here for over a month and the customer service has been awful. They sent him an email asking why he hadn’t called to schedule an appointment even though he’s called many times and left many voicemails. He finally got to go in for the appointment just to find out he couldn’t do it with facial hair. The woman at the reception desk was very rude about it and told him he should “just know.” Not very good customer service for a health professional place.
