Would not recommend Horrible weekend staff Short staffed during week Complaint will be filed with state for neglect
Our 86 year old aunt transferred here from Weatherford Hospital. Friends who work in the industry suggested College Park, saying it was their top recommendation. She was in the Skilled Nursing wing for 28 days, prior to returning home, and she recieved three delicious meals each day, physical and occupational therapy each weekday. The aids, cleaning staff and nurses were each exceptional and we could not have been happier with the care and concern our loved one recieved. Would give it negative stars if I could. Staff are very neglectful and will lie to try to cover themselves. My grandma was here for 4 days and deteriorated so rapidly we had to take her back to the ER. They claimed to have been giving meds when they very clearly weren’t. No physical therapy was done even though it was noted they did. When ems came to pick up my grandma they claimed they had just changed her and yet her urine had soaked through her diaper, chuck pads, the sheets, as well as into the mattress. Love this place, great staff, excellent nursing and therapy care. Kawana was very helpful. Dr Dartin and her practitioner Jackie took the time to really go over everything and address our concerns. So many nurses and aids, I wish I would have written down all their names. Cara, Jessica, Jo, candi, Catania were some of the names. Highly recommend this facility for your loved ones. 10/10
Great caring, attentive staff, excellent care and attention to detail. No issues except our room did not have a clock. But they probably would have gotten us one if we asked.
