I have been calling this office for a long time to make an appointment and start getting WIC. I leave voicemails and no one calls me back. This is ridiculous and unprofessional.
Never answer the phone the whole facility is unprofessional I’ve been calling since last year still goes straight to voicemail
I’m very upset on how I had to wait for an office to open. Hours state 8:30-4:30 it’s 9:15 and I’m still waiting for someone to get to work for my son birth certificate. It’s a major inconvenience bc he also have to get shots. The security guard was so kind she reached out to some one and the person who was due to work today said she’ll be here in 15 minutes. I never had an issue in the Wic office I would expect the same service but I guess people run each office different.
Been calling for two weeks now. It seems they don’t answer the phones anymore. I’ve never had a problem with this wic office until now.
OMG.. Miss.Mildred Stargell is amazing I had the pleasure of being provided service by her during a very difficult time and she completely turned my day around and completed all of my paperwork in a short period of time. I wish there were more people in customer service like her. Thank you again Miss. M. Stargell for all of your help.
