Great experience - the hunk and hunkette that handled our office move were timely, efficient, well-mannered and fun! Highly recommended.
Outstanding customer service and extremely respectful representatives that showed up to my home to assist! They showed up right on time and within the hour of setting up the pickup after the Newport News Haynes furniture refused to haul away our old mattress upon delivery of our new mattress. I highly recommend!
What I thought would be a great experience turned out to be extremely disappointing. The movers took continuous breaks, stood around for long periods of time, and even handled personal business while on the clock, time that we were paying for. On top of that, they damaged our walls and dresser during the move. The experience was very unprofessional. I had a small move and they (two men who really were hunks or college students), did a very nice job.
They advertise in hauling junk away but will not left a TV off the wall 1ft.
