Joseph and Brayden were outstanding
I scheduled a move and 1 day before arrival time, they called to cancel! This put me and everyone else in turmoil. The reason stated was the owner had a stroke and there a 1 man show , no one else had keys. I called to confirm 1 week before my move and was told everything was fine even though the owner had a stroke! Calling several companies and was told of how many people were trying to schedule someplace else, a complete nightmare!! Cost me with money, time and stress! Never again call a 2 man show!!!
Was told between 2:30 and 4:30, so I took a half day vacation from work. It's 5:00 and no show or contact. You can't get ahold of anyone local, the phone number is a call center. Yes, I replied to the confirmation text the day prior.
We generally use this service once a year and each time they are quick, helpful and always ready to take on whatever you have for them. We use them for our business so some of the hauls maybe be heavy and large in quantity. Their team is always ready to help!
The guys were polite and quick. I would definitely call them again!
