Brandon and his crew were awesome! Brandon explained everything and they were very courteous and got the job done. I would recommend them to anyone.

Set up a late afternoon appointment time, confirmed online. Instead of calling 30 minutes before our appointment time, they called in the morning while we were at work and could not answer. Then they just did not call later as promised or show up to our slotted appointment. Then when calling in to ask questions, their forwarding service kept sending me to someone who could not help. A random on Craigslist would be more reliable.
I waited to write this review to see if the situation would be resolved by the claim dept, but it's been months now and nothing happened. I moved back in July and hired College Hunks. It was a 4 people job but they only sent 3. They worked really hard but unfortunately a few items were damaged. I only complained about one - my 9 months old very expensive couch got a rip in the fabric even if it was completely wrapped. I can't tell you what a wonderful experience I've had this week with College Hunks! Brandon S and his crew were so kind AND hardworking! I needed a hoarders Lego mess cleaned out of my basement and they just kept working until the job was done. Took 2 visits, and i finally have my house back after years of neglect. What a tremendous load off my back!
