I've moved several times within Chicago over the past decade, and have never had such a horrendous moving experience. My move-out from a Jr 1-bed condo, in a building with an elevator, took nearly 5 hours. Every other move I've had has *finished* within 5 hours. The movers weren't briefly properly for move-out and didn't supply the correct items. I flagged that I have a 77" TV three separate times with their account team, and was assured the movers would provide a box to fit it. They were given a smaller box that didn't fit ... read more
