Professional, friendly staff. Donovan and Franco, worked well together. Answered my questions, did a great job.I have used College Hunks in the past, and do recommend their services.
I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I called this morning to schedule movers to help move furniture around my house now that our renovation is almost complete. I was quoted $416 for the service, booked the appointment for Friday, and paid a $100 non-refundable deposit. About five minutes after booking, I received a voicemail saying: "I am not sure I mentioned to you, but in addition to the hourly rate there is a travel fee for the movers. That is $150." They will glady take your money without providing any service.
BEWARE SCAMERS! I scheduled with them 3 weeks ago and canceled the same day. I was told I would be refunded in 10 business days. After calling them several times I still have not received a refund. The lady I just spoke to on the phone was rude when I asked when I can expect to hear from someone about being refunded. This is supposed to be an honest company but I haven't experienced that so far. I will definitely not use this company in the future and do not recommend doing business with them. They are very dishonest.
Super easy experience! From booking to letting me know they were on their way to showing up on time! I recommend College Hunks and will use them again :)
