Could not be less impressed with your complete lack of service or concern. Screwed me for junk pick up 7AUG by being three hours late and today, called me one hour before my MOVE and told me you wouldn't be moving me 8AUG as contracted. You left me in a situation now where, I took time off from work and made very specific arrangements that are now completely unraveled because of your inability to do your job.
Michael, Jai, & Brendyn were super helpful when they moved several items for me a little over a week ago. They were all polite and approachable. Michael called prior to coming and when they arrived, he explained everything in detail to ensure I understood the moving process. Not only did all of them go above and beyond to help me get everything moved that I possibly could, but they also respected my budget and worked with me to get the most done in the ideal timeframe.
