Absolutely horrendous service. Put my piano in the front of the truck by itself, knowing it would topple over. Every other move I’ve done, the movers have put the piano in first then put boxes and furniture around it as… idk… common courtesy. Have never needed straps or tools to move my digital piano. Just pack it right… So now I have a broken piano and have to spend a thousand dollars replacing that.
