DO NOT USE college hunks for moving. Unreliable, broke several expensive things, people didn’t show up and I had to practically bed to get two people (one of whom had never packed a day in her life - it was literally her first day and I paid for “white-glove” packing). I spent the whole day also packing with my mom and when I stopped - to clarify again I was PAYING for a full service move - they actually questioned me like I was supposed to finish. My moving experience with Justin and Donnie was fantastic and I don’t want this review to reflect their service, as it was 5-star worthy. However, I reached out about packing services 3 times and never heard back. I inquired with my initial quote on the phone and got rough pricing, I asked again when the gentleman that came to my apartment to confirm the quote.
