It started a little rocky b/c I got a text asking me to submit pictures after I had started a quote online. The text said they could give me a quote, and nothing came of it except marketing texts. However, someone called me and we sorted that out and booked a pick up. It's nice b/c they can come by your house to give you a quote and you are not obligated to accept it. Had an old sofa removed. The team showed up on time with a call advising of arrival time. Very carefull in moving sofa and were very polite.
Billy and Shawn were amazing! And steady but extremely careful with our belongings.
