My service culminated with College Hunks turning a major snafu into a minor one. The bump in the road was overcome because the operations manager (Missouri City/Rosenberg) made an on-the-spot decision to make sure they honored their agreement with me. He arrived at my home in less than 30 minutes. He disassembled my bed and hauled it away.
