Great experience! The movers were polite, worked hard and fast, and I would definitely use them again/recommend them.
I had an appointment for today between 10-12 for junk removal (confirmed via phone and email yesterday). After not hearing from anyone in the morning, I finally called at 11am to ask for an ETA. Then the person who was assigned the job reached out to inform me that they’re in the middle of a move and are unable to come during the scheduled window.
