Team Sara helped me today and hauled off a huge pile of junk that I have needed to move for weeks. They loaded it in about 5 minutes. Making my life much easier! Thank you Sara!
Super disappointed. They took apart my bed frame, could not put it back together and left me with it in pieces. Screws were lost by them in the move and I was left at an apartment with no bed to sleep on. I had to go buy screws and tools the next day to figure out how to put it back together. I paid for experienced movers because I do not know how to build furniture and ended up having to build my bed frame myself after spending over 700 dollars on movers... My move was improperly quoted. I was quoted a 5 hour move time following a detailed listing of my household items and their respective locations to and from of $850 for the contents of a 2 bedroom apartment and 1 car garage. The movers arrived 30 minutes later than when they had clocked in at, and took up to 45 minutes breaks on 3 occasions while my best friend and partner & I continued moving items down to the truck as well as our own personal vehicles for them.
