Absolutely garbage. Booked for 11:30; they didn’t show up til 3:30. I was promised over the phone the minimum would be $512, the maximum would be $560. The movers worked for two hours and charged $700, then the people I left at the house (because the movers were so late I had to go back to work) tipped $200. All told this move cost almost $1,000. I feel completely scammed and taken advantage of. Do not use this service.
