Everton, Brianna, and Deondre were fantastic! They arrived early and handled everything with great care. They carefully wrapped all fragile items and anything that could get dirty. The team was efficient, professional, and worked seamlessly together. I would absolutely use them again for any future move.
The two gentlemen that removed our items were very thorough, and worked very quickly. We had more than half a truck's worth of items to be removed. Some of the items were very heavy and had to transported up a long flight stairs. I asked if they needed a break and the let me know that they had just completed the job. We'll be usi g them again.
Antonio and Jahwin are great at what they do. And highly recommend.
I could not get past the interrogation on the phone despite politely telling the person I just want someone to come out look at our house, and give us a quote. Did not listen, kept asking question after question. I terminated the call. High hopes for this company, but bad CS experience killed the sales! This is what happens with scripted CRM approaches, far less personal than Wirks and Atlanta Peach; those conversations were very pleasant.
