They were pre-paid to move my parents on Sunday. Refused to show up. Abraham gave 5 different excuses during 3 phone calls. It was finally admitted they didn't have anyone to send. Refused to give full refund even though it was a veterans charity that paid fees up front for my 88 year old father, who is a Korean War veteran. They were supposed to work 3 hrs on Saturday to box up items inside filing cabinets in a storage unit. Not one cabinet was emptied. Jamel and Calvin were punctual, friendly, efficient, and were quick to remove all my junk. Very happy with the service!
The three young gentleman who helped me move were very friendly however when I started on boxing my items I found numerous things that were broken. Four of my seven lampshades were ruined. Two picture frames were completely shattered. And several other items broken one including a Tiffany lamp that my children gave me 20 years ago that is destroyed and irreplaceable. Update - I would NEVER use this company again. I submitted claim after our move two years ago…and never received a dime. And note that if they do damage anything, you’ll get pennies on the dollar if any. This moving company no-showed for me on move day. They were supposed to arrive between 8AM and 10AM. I only got call back when I inquired at 9:30 as to status and ETA. They said COVID and staffing were issues. I finally found one of the owners. He apologized and promised to show up next day.
