Hello! I just wanted to send out a hearty thank you to College Break Bus and to Felice for saving the day! Our son had a ticket for a Greyhound Spring Break bus from Penn State to KOP. Greyhound overbooked the trip and the bus left without my son and roughly ten other students!! I called the College Break Bus number, and got a ticket and personalized help from Felice to make sure my son caught the next College Break bus leaving Penn State for Plymouth meeting that same afternoon.
